Character Storytime
December 28, 10:00am – 1:00pm, Hortonville Public Library
Two very special guests will be at the library for Storytime! These princesses will be at the Community Center to share their favorite stories with you. The library will have 2 story times starting at 10:00am and 1:00pm so that everyone can enjoy the magic. Everyone will have the chance to meet the princesses, but if you’d like to reserve your seats, please call the library at 920-779-4279 or stop in and ask a librarian.
Winter Break Family Movie – The BFG
December 28, 10:30am – 12:00pm, Little Chute Public Library
Based on the beloved children’s classic by Roald Dahl, The BFG (short for Big Friendly Giant) tells the story of sweet orphan Sophie and the kind giant who befriends her. Rated PG. Free popcorn provided!
Skate for St. Joe’s
December 28, 1:30pm – 4:30pm, Skaters Edge
Come skating at Skaters Edge on Wednesday and enjoy lowered admission if you bring a can of food! All food collected goes to Saint Joe’s Food Pantry. If you’re able to bring a can of food to donate, admission will be $2.50 plus skate rental. Help those who are less fortunate within the community and have a fun afternoon of skating!
Laser Holidays
December 28, 2:30pm – 3:15pm, Barlow Planetarium
An exciting and different way to be festive during the Holiday season! Laser Holidays is a fun experience for everyone and gives new meaning to the term “holiday lights”. Come see this fantastic laser light show featuring classic holiday songs.
Beach Party
December 29, 10:30am – 11:30am, Kimberly – Little Chute Public Library
Forget the cold and dance your chills away at the library’s beach party! Summery tunes and crafts will get you grooving. Bring along your shorts and flip flops and get ready for an ocean of fun! Geared for families with kids ages 10 and under, but all ages are welcome.
